Founder and President David C. Bosak
David has been actively involved in the mid-Atlantic business community for over 25 years. He is experienced in real estate acquisition and development, startup analysis, joint venture structuring, business development, and repositioning of distressed assets. David has held executive positions in companies involved in the land development, property inspection, and general construction industries. In those roles he has been integral in developing hundreds of lots and apartments as well as growing a local company to national prominence. He is an accomplished author, educator, trainer, and a recognized industry speaker. David has always had a passion for assisting and bettering the quality of life of others. He is a lifelong resident and active member of the Central Pennsylvania community.
